Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist and Head of Medical Department at Kuwait Hospital (Ministry of Health hospital ) in Sharjah .He is also a clinical Professor at College of Medicine ,Sharjah University .He has been the Technical Director of Kuwait hospital since March 2006 till Nov 2009 . Prior to that he was senior Consultant Cardiologist at Al-Qassimi Hospital (Ministry of Health Hospital ) in Sharjah since 1999.

Dr. Ibrahim completed his MBBCh in Cairo ,Egypt (from Cairo University) .He had his residency in Cairo University Hospitals till he got his Master degree in Cardiology .He continued to work in Cairo University Hospitals till he got his Doctorate degree (PhD ) .During that period he got echocardiography training in Erasmus University in Holland .

Dr .Ibrahim is a fellow of American college of Cardiology ,fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in UK (Glasgow),Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology and member of the European association for prevention and rehabilitation of heart diseases .He is a certified examiner for Royal College of Physicians ,UK (PACES exam ) . He is a member of multiple cardiac societies and associations .He has been participating in many national and international research studies ,trials and registries in the field of Cardiovascular diseases . He had co- authored many publications which have appeared in peer-reviewed journals and on PubMed (on line). He is a peer reviewer of multiple international journals.

Dr. Ibrahim is involved extensively in national and international cardiology conferences ,symposiums and workshops either as a speaker or as chairman. He is well recognized from MOH and from Sharjah University for his activities in teaching and CME .He is an examiner for the final exit exam (MB.Bch) at College of Medicine, Sharjah University.

Dr. Ibrahim is a member of the Cardiovascular preventive group of Emirates Cardiac Society. He has vast clinical experience in all fields of adult cardiology with special interest in hypertension , heart failure. , Ischemic and Valvular Heart Diseases.
