Global Society of Cardiology

Global Society of Cardiology (GSoC) was founded for being the voice of all doctors who are working in fields of cardiovascular disease. The aim of GSoC includes not only conducting clinical research, congresses, scientific projects and training activities in the field of cardiology but also establishing research networks with relevant centers and similar associations in scientific projects, to cooperate and support volunteer researchers in this field. GSoC continues to grow rapidly to be the meeting point of cardiologists from all over the World. GSoC promises to provide equal opportunity to all willing and qualified cardiologists.

The Gulf Intervention Society (GIS)

The GIS is a non-Profit organization established at a time when the success of Gulf interventionists has been growing regionally and globally. the main aim of its composition was to gather efforts and opinions towards nominal goals that serve us as public, states and health care professionals for scientific, research and societal compatibility.

 GIS’s mission is to lead the Gulf interventional cardiovascular community through education, research, and quality patient care. To fulfil that mission, GIS recognizes its responsibility to promote the highest possible educational levels, research tools, community interactions and ethical behavior by its members. The group, which is part of the Gulf Heart Association, met to encourage national and regional interventionists to join the society and welcome their addition and participation, as well as developing a vision of cooperation between regional and international bodies in the field of Cardiovascular Intervention.

It represents Libyan cardiovascular professionals aiming to reduce the burden of heart disease in Libya.  The LCS provides many educational activities to its members and community including annual scientific meetings, workshops and webinar series.

Euro CTO Club

The EuroCTO Club was founded on 14 December 2006 in Paris by Joachim Buettner, Carlo Di Mario, Dariusz Dudek, Gerald S. Werner, George Sianos, Nicolaus Reifart, Alfredo R. Galassi, and Hans Bonnier.

What started as a small group of physicians interested in chronic total occlusions (CTOs) and complex coronary interventions gradually grew into a larger group of almost 60 full members, spread among all European countries.

Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR)

The Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR) had its beginnings in 1981 in Badagry, Nigeria. PASCAR is an organisation of physicians from across Africa involved in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease and is concerned by the lack of progress in the diagnosis and effective treatment of cardiovascular disease across Africa.
