Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted electronically no later than 20 March 2026.
- Submissions sent by email will not be accepted.
- Abstracts should be structured as follows: Background/Introduction – Aims – Methods and Results – Conclusions – Keywords.
- The abstract text must not exceed 3,500 characters (including spaces).
- The abstract title must not include any trade names (trade names may be used within the abstract text if necessary).
- Tables and figures are not permitted in the abstract submission; abstracts containing tables or figures will be automatically rejected.
- Once the submission deadline has passed, abstracts cannot be modified.
- PDF format is accepted only.
