Criteria Of Candidates Presenters
- Staff or fellow in a university, military, private or governmental institute.
- Not above 40 years.
- The case should be done by the presenter himself.
Submission Guidelines
Submission process
By submitting your case, you hereby agree presenting it in CardioAlex.
- Clinical cases must be submitted electronically no later than 20 March 2026.
- Submissions sent by email will not be accepted.
- The case title must not include any trade names (trade names may be used within the body of the case if necessary).
- No patient-identifying information (including patient name, initials, date of birth), author names, or institution names should appear anywhere in the submitted case.
- Once the submission deadline has passed, cases cannot be modified.
- PPT format is accepted only.
- Please prepare your case using the following structure: Introduction- Case Presentation- Management- Discussion- Conclusions
- Figures and images are permitted, provided all identifying information is removed.
Selection Process
Submitted cases evaluation will be based on:
- quality
- clarity
- relevance
- educational value for the audience
The CardioAlex Selection Committee will review submissions without access to the authors’ name, institution or country.
Invitation / Notification
The Acceptance Announcement will Start from the 5th of May 2026
All authors whose submissions are accepted will receive an official invitation from the Organizing Committee with more precise details.
