Sneha Thomas, MD, FACC, FSVM, is a Vascular Medicine specialist with advanced expertise in thrombosis and the management of complex antithrombotic and anticoagulation therapies. Dr Thomas completed her residency and chief residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center followed by fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, with a focus on cardiovascular risk reduction, hypercoagulable disorders, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and limb preservation in patients with peripheral vascular disease. Dr. Thomas is a well recognized leader in the vascular medicine community and renowned for her commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and the advancement of cardiovascular health through research, teaching, and compassionate care. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and the Society for Vascular Medicine (FSVM), underscoring her leadership and contributions to the field.
