I trained in Trieste receiving my medical degree in 2007, and specifically in interventional cardiology at ISALA Hospital in Zwolle, De Netherlands. I have worked closely to Prof Antonio Colombo at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan for 5 years. From 2019 to 2022 I was chief of the interventional cardiology department at Maria Cecilia Hospital in Cotignola and coordinator of the educational program of 2nd level master in interventional cardiology at Ferrara University.
I have a strong interest in research and education. I have published 270 scientific articles in prestigious international scientific journals in the field of interventional cardiology.
